so, i've created this little list of things i absolutely, positively, must do/attend at least one time each year. it's a huge list (and i know it's probably too much to tackle!), but one that will get you in the right frame of mind this weekend!
i'll start with a series of simple ways to make your day that much better and make a difference all year:
1. sign up for a fitness class
it's been a struggle in the past to motivate myself to exercise. there were many times i was so busy, so full of the typical 'work' worries that i neglected my physical well-being. but now that time of year has returned, and i feel like i have more incentive to do something with more of a purpose.
